M&A FMEA

Up to 80% of all M&A projects fail to deliver to investors expectations and some lead to disaster.

Using our own experiences and engineering background CBI has created an innovative process which reviews all aspects of a Merger or Acquisition to identify as many potential failure modes as possible by using a common engineering tool called Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA).

FMEA is using by engineers to predict possible failure modes during the development phase to build in redundancy and recovery.

BY applying FMEA during the due-diligence and the PMI we can systematically reveal potential failures and ensure that people and resources are assigned to avoid such failures.
